Capannoni agricoli e industriali

METAL STANDS progetta e realizza capannoni agricoli e industriali in acciaio con copertura e pareti in pannelli coibentati provvisti di portoni, porte pedonali, finestre, docce, grondaie, ecc...

L'utilizzo di acciao trattato con zincatura a bagno di calore per ognuno dei componenti riguardanti la struttura portante assicura la durata nel tempo e la protezione dagli agenti atmosferici.

Tali strutture vengono progettate e realizzate per resistere ad ogni sollecitazione ambientale compreso il carico di neve come da legge.

PANNELLI COIBENTATI
I pannelli coibentati sono strutture composte da due lamine metalliche leggere e microondulate fra cui viene interposto uno strato di schiuma rigida isolante normalmente costituita in puliuretano.

Grazie a questa particolare struttura i pannelli coibentati presentano un'alta resistenza meccanica alle sollecitazioni di esercizio ed ai carichi concentrati oltre ad elevate proprietà di:

  • isolamento termico: alta resistenza al fuoco e al calore
  • isolamento acustico: potere fonoassorbente

I pannelli coibentati sono strutture prefabbricate prodotte per essere montate modularmente e presentano quindi particolari cerniere di giunzione che grazie a vari sistemi di fissaggio preservano la struttura da qualsiasi tipo di infiltrazione nel tempo.
